Cancellation Policy
Too Many last minute cancellations=BANNED! I Ask kindly - DO NOT Schedule an appointment for weeks and hold the appointment hostage for
weeks just to cancel the appointment when you receive the reminder notification! It's not fair to other clients and Bad for MY Business for you to hold an appointment slot hostage for 3-4 weeks and cancel 36 hours before! FULL SETS ONLY…I don’t offer FILL INS. No extra guests PERIOD! If you’re not at my LOCATION within 5 minutes after your appointment time…your appointment is canceled and your card will be charged 100% of services booked! If you (no call no show) your card will be charged 100% and you will be PERMANENTLY declined of any future services! If you DON’T RESCHEDULE or CANCEL 36 hours in advance, your card will be charged 75% of services booked! If you don’t CONFIRM 36 hours in advance YOU WILL BE BANNED AND CARD WILL BE CHARGED 75%!!! NO CONFIRMATION =BANNED! If your card DECLINES, you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED INDEFINITELY and invoice will be sent for 100% of booked services! The services you BOOKED is the services YOU WILL PAY for REGARDLESS if you change your mind last minute at time of being serviced, I REPEAT 🔁 (Read that again)!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately accommodations are not available at this time as my time is VERY LIMITED!
